Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Parlay-Buddy (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including those related to sports wagering.

3. Free Tier & Pricing

• Free Tier: New users may receive up to 20 free parlay predictions. No credit card is required to sign up.
• Paid Plans: Single Bot (one-time), 3-Bot Pack (one-time), and Unlimited Bots (monthly subscription). Prices are shown at checkout and may change prospectively.
• Trials/Promotions: We may offer limited-time promotions. Any additional terms will be presented with the offer.

4. Accounts & Security

You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. User Content & Training Data

Parlay entries and other data you submit (“User Content”) remain yours. You grant Parlay-Buddy a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, analyze, and use User Content to operate the Service, including to train, evaluate, and improve models and features.

Do not submit content you do not have the right to share. You are responsible for User Content you provide.

6. Acceptable Use

• No illegal activity, harassment, or infringement of others’ rights.
• No attempts to access the Service or data without authorization.
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or misuse of APIs beyond documented limits.
• No automated or bulk account creation without our consent.

7. Payments, Billing & Taxes

Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). By purchasing, you authorize charges to your payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

Refunds: Unless required by law or explicitly stated, charges are non-refundable. If you experience an issue, contact us and we’ll review on a case-by-case basis.

8. Predictions & No Guarantee

Parlay-Buddy uses machine learning to estimate probabilities based on User Content and other contextual inputs. Predictions are inherently uncertain and no outcome is guaranteed. Use the Service for informational and entertainment purposes only; it does not constitute financial, legal, or gambling advice.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, models, UI, and branding, is owned by Parlay-Buddy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use information.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms or for security/operational reasons. You may cancel at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability limits) will remain in effect.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARLAY-BUDDY AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Parlay-Buddy and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless otherwise required by applicable law. You consent to jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

Optional arbitration clause: If you prefer binding arbitration and waiver of class actions, we can add that language—let us know.

16. Changes to the Service/Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms prospectively. We’ll post updates with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
